The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore is one of the busiest examination bodies in Punjab, and every year it manages the annual papers for a huge number of Secondary School Certificate (SSC Part 1) candidates. The 9th class annual exams for the session 2026 have already been conducted across all allocated centres according to the Lahore Board Class 9 date sheet 2026. Students received their roll number slips at their home addresses and sat in their examination halls as regular and private candidates. Whether you call it grade 9, Class 9, Ninth class, Matric Part 1 or SSC-I, the result you are waiting for is the same, and rezult.pk is the place where you can check it the moment it is released.

Once the papers are collected, the marking staff of Lahore Board usually needs around two to three months to complete the assessment and compile the gazette. This is why the wait for the 9th class result 2026 Lahore Board feels long every year. We keep this page updated with the expected announcement date so that you don't have to keep refreshing the official portal again and again. As soon as the board confirms the schedule, the date and time are posted here for both Science group and General (Arts) group students.

Every candidate registered with Lahore Board and its adjoining districts – Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura and Nankana Sahib – can view the full result right here on a single page. You do not need to hunt through several links. Your roll number is printed at the top of your admit card (roll number slip); enter it exactly as written, choose your class and exam year, and your marks will load in a few seconds. rezult.pk is an independent educational portal built for the students of every Pakistani board, and it stays free to use throughout the result season.

Grading system for 9th class Lahore Board

Many Ninth class students get confused about how their marks convert into a grade. Lahore Board follows the standard Punjab grading formula based on the percentage you secure. The table below explains it clearly so you can judge your performance at a glance:

Grade	Marks Percentage
A+	90% and above
A	80% to 89%
B	70% to 79%
C	60% to 69%
D	50% to 59%
E	40% to 49%
F	Below 40% (Fail)

Keep in mind that your 9th class marks are added to your 10th class marks to make your final Matric total, so a strong Part 1 result gives you a comfortable cushion for the next year.

Subjects for Science and General group students

The subject combination decides which questions appeared in your papers. A quick reminder of the two main streams at 9th level under Lahore Board:

Group	Core Elective Subjects
Science Group	Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Computer Science, Mathematics
General / Arts Group	General Science, General Mathematics and elective subjects such as Islamiat, Education, Home Economics etc.

Lahore Board 9th class result by SMS

Not everyone has a strong internet connection, especially in the rural belts of Kasur and Sheikhupura. For those students, BISE Lahore also offers a result-by-SMS facility. Type your roll number in a new message and send it to the board's designated SMS code; your result is delivered straight to your handset. This method is handy when the websites are slow, but for full subject-wise marks and the printable result card, the online check here on rezult.pk is more detailed.

9th class result gazette and toppers list 2026

After the official announcement, Lahore Board releases a complete 9th class result gazette 2026 that lists every candidate school-wise. It is a large PDF and is useful for teachers, parents and institutions that want to see results in bulk. We will upload the gazette here so you can download it without any hassle. Alongside the gazette, the board also declares the 9th class position holders 2026 Lahore Board. As soon as the toppers of the Science and General groups are confirmed, their names, schools and marks will be shared on this page.

9th class past papers and guess papers

Preparation matters as much as the result. On rezult.pk you can also download 9th class old papers (past papers) and model papers of both Science and Arts subjects. These solved and unsolved papers carry frequently repeated questions and give you a real feel of the paper pattern followed by Lahore Board, which helps you plan smarter and score higher in the next attempt or in your 10th class.

Rechecking of 9th class papers

If your marks in any subject look lower than you expected, don't panic. Lahore Board allows candidates to apply for rechecking (re-marking) of their answer sheets within a limited number of days after the result. You submit a simple application for the specific subject along with the prescribed fee, and the board re-verifies the totalling and marking. We advise you to note the last date carefully once the result is out, because late applications are not entertained.
